After downloading the binaries and setting the BYLDAN environment variable, Byldan crashes when running it from cmd.exe.
This happens both with and without a pom file in the current directory.

install-assemblies.bat relies on a %HOMEPATH% environment variable. Assuming that the byldan directory should reside in the same .m2 directory as the java .m2/repository, changing this to %USERPRO...

Mono comes with IKVM dll (25MB) prepackaged. For mono versions of Byldan, this should be excluded.

Byldan uses a concept of BuildTask, similar to plugin. Change the classes to use Maven terms for plugin.
